Every contour, component, and flow surface has been re-engineered to meet the demands of modern competitive cycling.

Aerodynamic Flow-Cover Design

A newly developed lower pulley cover combines a sealed flat outer surface with an integrated inner guide plate, significantly refining airflow.
Compared to the standard AOPW architecture, the AOPW-AERO reduces aerodynamic drag by approximately 10–15%, delivering measurable speed gains when it matters.

Enhanced Drivetrain Stability

A re-defined eccentric pulley alignment optimizes chain path dynamics, improving shifting consistency and maximizing power transfer across the entire drivetrain.

A single modular system supports four leading derailleur platforms, with all necessary fitment components included:

The 18T tension pulley design results in smoother chain movement. Compared to the original 11T
derailleur pulleys,it reduces chain deflection angles and minimizes rotational resistance. Simultaneously adopting large-diameter bearings significantly enhances the smoothness and stability of the pedal performance.

Developed by TRiPEAK, our patented asymmetric pulley frame design allows for an increase in tension pulley size to 18 teeth while seamlessly fitting into the original derailleur cage with minimal modifications, maximizing operational efficiency.

The hollow frame design of the pulley allows for a significant increase in bearing size, providing superior rotational performance and stable support for the 18T oversized pulley. The hollow fixed frame design substantially reduces the impact of any external object intrusion, ensuring consistent and reliable rotational performance at all times. Plus, it looks great!

Unlike traditional press-fit bearing pulleys, Tripeak's injection-molded pulley fully encases its bearing, ensuring a perfect zero-tolerance fit between pulley body and bearing. The composite material of the pulley body enhances its wear resistance, resulting in quieter and more efficient operation. Compared to traditional aluminum pulleys, it significantly extends the lifespan of both pulley and chain.

The Narrow-wide Tooth Design allows the pulley to better engage with the chain, significantly improving operational stability.

NC Race Bearings have a Nano coating on outer & inner races, This dry film can minimize the coefficient of friction to as low as 0.03 dynamic, and 0.07 for static. The Nano Coating overcomes or reduces mechanical lubrication problems improving performance and extending service life >300%

Supra LV is a special Low Viscosity  lubricant for the ceramic Pulley Bearings. It offers high flow characteristics for a fast and smooth operating environment. Easy to lubricate in maintenance without removing the seal of the bearing.

ZERO Contact Seal, a non-contact bearing seal, provides complete coverage without increasing rotational resistance, striking the optimal balance between efficiency and protection.
